We want you to love your TurboWall piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email us at support@turbowallart.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your piece arrives damaged, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Don't throw anything away — just email us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and we'll ship a replacement immediately.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
